Behind the Scenes On ‘Wanted’ With Angelina Jolie
Actress Angelina Jolie is in Chicago filming scenes for a new movie called “Wanted” that will be released in 2008. It co-stars Morgan Freeman and is based on a thriller novel by Mark Millar and J.G. Jones.
MyFoxChicago cameras captured some footage of an action sequence being filmed in a Berwyn, Illinois parking lot.
In the clips below, you can see crews preparing for the scene.
The first clip has a Dodge Viper being driven at high speed around a corner, and you can see the right door flapping open. The driver of the car in this clip is not Jolie.
The next clip features Jolie behind the wheel - but that’s not the only big change. While the previous clip featured a real car, and (we imagine) a stunt driver - this clip has Jolie behind the wheel!
However, the “car” she is driving is nothing more than a shell, mounted on a set of wheels. Here’s take two of the car action scene.
